Making a reservation is very simple!

VILLAGE & GLAMPING

In a few clicks, you will be able to check the availability in real time for the desired accommodation, the updated rates, photos, descriptions, terms of payment, modification of your stay, cancellation policy:

• select arrival and departure dates, number of people (min. 1 and max. 6) in the bar at the top of the home page;
• click on “search” and the system will offer you all the availability (in the case of a family of more than 6 people, please choose two separate accommodations)
• Mobile Homes/Lodge Tent: please remember that from mid June to mid September we accept only weekly stays (Saturday/Saturday). Mini Lodge/Bungalow Glam: no restrictions.

CAMPING AREA & RENT CARAVAN

• click “camping area” section, choose your option, click the button “BOOK NOW” at the end of the page and continue by selecting the dates
• RENT CARAVAN: please remember that from July to September we accept only weekly stays (Saturday/Saturday). CAMPING: august reservation only for min. 14 nights and min. 3 adults

If you don’t find availability for the dates, please pay attention to any stay restrictions (as indicated in the timetable).

Our Camping Village offers various solutions suitable to meet customer specific needs:

MOBILE HOME/ BUNGALOW

Mobile Homes (1/6 people): Our 40 modern Mobile Homes are embedded in the pine forest, located just 100 m from the beach and are equipped with two bedrooms, private bathroom, air conditioning, TV and all the facilities needed to ensure everyone an unforgettable and relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. Camping Village Santapomata offers two different types of Mobile Home: Superior 4+2 – Deluxe 4+2. Bed linen and towels included.

Bungalow Glam (2 people): Elegance and design, relax and nature, our brand new Bungalows Glam are defined by the attention to details, offering a new concept of holiday: sleeping area as a hotel room characterized by the merging of the bathroom with the master bedroom. Camping Village Santapomata offers three different types of Bungalow: Bungalow Glam 17 sqm + open-space veranda; Bungalow Glam Relax 15 sqm + open-space veranda; Bungalow Glam Roof 21 sqm + open-space veranda. Bed linen and towels included.

Lodge Tents (1/5 people): The brand new Lodge Tents are equipped with every comfort. They have a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, bathroom with shower and sink, comfortable living room with kitchenette, beautiful and large outdoor veranda with table and chairs, which becomes one with the living area when the front curtains are opened. The internal wooden walls, in natural colors, blend well with the environment, surrounded by nature. Without A/C, without TV. Bed linen and towels included.

Mini Lodge Tents (2 people): Mini Lodge are equipped tents on one open space floor, located just two steps from the seaside. They are composed of an elegant bedroom with double bed, with two romantic windows which open on the roof and provide light to the room, they are equipped with a courtesy light, a practical mini-bar and a small outdoor wooden veranda. Linen and Towels not provided for this accommodation. Without wc and shower.

Santapomata offers pitches for tents, caravans and campers just 2 steps from the beach, with hook-up points and several facilities: private equipped beach or free beach, outside private parking, self service launderette, infirmary, 2 toilet blocks with hot showers, Camper service and Chemical WC. Possibility of comfort pitches with water and electricity hook up point

At your disposal, also caravans for rent for 4/5 people with gas cooker, fridge and private veranda.

VILLAGE  & CAMPING

For each type of accommodation (Bungalow, Lodge Tent and Mini Lodge Tent) we offer 3 different rates:

• STANDARD RATE, the most flexible depending on the period;
• NOT-REFUNDABLE RATE, the most convenient. At the time of booking we ask for the full amount of the accommodation (any extra services will be paid on site), without possibility of refund and/ or change;

• RATE WITH INSURANCE (reservation with insurance), the safest way to travel, with the possibility of partial or full refund even up to the day of departure, according to the terms of the insurance policy;
Before proceeding with the confirmation, please be careful about the rate conditions to know how to pay and cancel.

CAMPING AREA
We required a deposit of 30% at the time of booking and the balance on arrival.

Pets are welcome in the camping area, for customers with their own camper, caravan or tent and in our caravans for rent.

If you are looking for a comfort holiday you can choose our new brand Lodge Tent 5 people – Dog Friendly and Mini Lodge Tent 2 people – Dog Friendly.

Your pets also have access to our equipped beach and a free beach 500 meters from us.

Dogs have access only to specific areas of the Camping Village. Therefore, you are kindly requested to take note of the Terms and Conditions.

The Camping Village has no architectural barriers: it is all flat and completely accessible. The beach is also equipped with job chair, always available to guests on request. The most suitable type is our Mobile home Easy 4+1.

Camping Village Santapomata offers many services and activities to practice in the natural territory that surrounds it:

• Full and half board adults and children up to 12 years (breakfast, lunch, dinner – drinks not included) – min. 3 consecutive days

Our NEW Restaurant Santapomata offers Mediterranean cuisine with a selection of typical dishes and wine for a perfect experience among gastronomy, tradition and warm hospitality; À la carte menu, pizzeria and take away service; HB/FB; celiac food.

Camping Village Santapomata has the direct access to the wonderful beach of Rocchette with both private (with fee, on request) and public beach.

Rocchette is a small rocky headland, with an ancient castle, which protects and preserves the beach. Its crystal and clear waters won several awards “5 sails – Legambiente” and Castiglione della Pescaia was nominated 2014 best Italian and Tuscan beach.

1 € pers./night for adults and for children from 16 years (subject to variations)

Access to minors is allowed only if accompanied by an adult during the stay.

RATE WITH INSURANCE is the safest way to travel, with the possibility of partial or full refund.

By reading the insurance policy published on our website in the dedicated rate conditions (https://www.besaferate.com/insurancepolicy/), you will find out the terms and the conditions of the insurance policy.

The other 2 rates follow their own policy and do not provide for refund in the event of Covid: the NOT-REFUNDABLE rate does not provide for refund in any case; the STANDARD rate provides for penalties based on cancellation terms.
